RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL DESIGN
Studio Alter offers full-service interior design for renovations, from the first layout sketch to the final install. Every project begins with a complimentary virtual consultation, followed by a tailored proposal outlining scope, sequence, and fees.
We start with discovery and layout development, studying your space and exploring layout options through 2D plans. From there, design development brings the project to life with 3D renderings, moodboards, and full material and finish selections, so you can see how everything works together before construction begins. As the design is finalized, we prepare millwork elevations, plumbing and electrical plans, and source millwork, stone, and furnishings, so your contractor has everything needed to build. Once construction is underway, we stay involved through design intent oversight, working alongside your contractor and trades to ensure the finished space reflects the approved design.
